Combo 1
Designed for our youngest dancers aged 3, a 30 minute class that introduces the magical world of dance through a playful blend of preschool-level ballet and acro skills.
Little ones will twirl, leap, and stretch as they learn fundamental ballet positions and movements, fostering grace, coordination, and musicality. Our acro segment encourages strength, flexibility, and balance through fun, age-appropriate tumbling and movement exercises.
With a focus on creative expression, motor skill development, and building confidence in a nurturing environment, Combo 1 is the perfect introduction to the joy of dance for your preschooler. Get ready for giggles, wiggles, and lots of fun!
Combo 2
Building on the foundation of Combo 1, our dynamic Combo 2 class is crafted for 4-year-olds ready to expand their dance horizons! This class continues to develop grace and flexibility through ballet, and introduces the exciting rhythm and coordination of tap dance.
Dancers will refine their ballet techniques and explore new movements, while our acro segment progresses with more challenging and fun tumbling skills to build strength and agility. The addition of tap will have them discovering musicality and rhythm with their feet, making joyful sounds as they learn basic tap steps.
Combo 2 nurtures creativity, discipline, and self-expression in a supportive and energetic environment. It's the ideal next step for growing dancers to continue their journey and discover new passions!
Ballet
Our Classical Ballet Program provides students with a strong technical foundation while fostering artistry, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for dance. Following a progressive curriculum, each level builds upon the previous one, emphasizing proper technique, musicality, strength, flexibility, coordination, and performance skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Students are guided to develop both technical excellence and expressive artistry as they grow from beginning ballet through pointe preparation.
Pre-Ballet
Designed for young dancers entering Kindergarten and ready for more structured instruction, Pre-Ballet introduces fundamental ballet technique while developing balance, coordination, flexibility, musicality, classroom etiquette, and memorization. Students continue to build confidence and creativity while discovering the joy of dance.
Ballet 1
Ballet 1 establishes a strong technical foundation through proper alignment, posture, and ballet vocabulary. Students strengthen their feet and ankles while improving coordination, balance, musicality, and the ability to learn and retain movement combinations.
Ballet 2/3
This intermediate-level class focuses on refining technique while increasing strength, flexibility, and artistic expression. Dancers develop intermediate turning skills, expand their musical awareness, build confidence, and improve combination retention through progressively challenging exercises.
Ballet 4
Advanced dancers continue to pursue technical excellence while refining artistry, musicality, and performance quality. Emphasis is placed on strength, endurance, complex movement, stage presence, and injury prevention to prepare students for advanced training and performance opportunities.
Beginner Pointe
Beginner Pointe is designed for dancers who have developed the strength and technique required to begin pointe work. Students focus on proper alignment, ankle strength, safe progression through the pointe shoe, body awareness, and injury prevention while building a solid foundation for future pointe training.
Jazz
Jazz dance is a dynamic and expressive style that emerged in the early 20th century, blending traditional African steps with European dance forms. It often emphasizes rhythm, syncopation, and isolations (moving different body parts independently). Classes typically include a warm-up, center and across-the-floor combinations, and focus on techniques like turns, jumps, and leaps. It can encompass various styles, including vernacular jazz, Broadway jazz, and modern jazz.
Jazz 1
For ages 5 and up, this class introduces young dancers to the exciting world of jazz! Tap
Tap dance is a dynamic style where dancers create rhythms with their feet using shoes fitted with metal taps. Beyond its captivating sound, tap offers numerous benefits for dancers. It significantly improves rhythm and musicality, teaching dancers to keenly listen and respond to music. It enhances coordination and mind-body connection, fostering greater awareness, concentration, and mental sharpness.
Tap 1
This 45-minute introductory Tap class is designed for dancers age 5 and up, who are eager to explore the exciting world of rhythm and sound! Students will learn fundamental tap techniques, basic steps, and how to create clear, percussive sounds with their feet. We'll focus on developing coordination, musicality, and a strong sense of rhythm in a fun and encouraging environment. It's the perfect class to build a strong foundation in tap dance while fostering creativity and confidence.
Tap 2/3
Tap 2/3 class is perfect for dancers transitioning from beginner levels or those with some tap experience looking to advance their skills. Students will build upon foundational steps, exploring more complex rhythms, combinations, and musicality. Tap 2/3 emphasizes improving clarity of sound, speed, and precision while incorporating elements of improvisation and style. Adult Tap
Adult Tap class offers a fantastic opportunity for adults of all experience levels to enjoy the art form of tap dance. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to dust off your tap shoes, this class will cover foundational steps, rhythm exercises, and fun combinations in a supportive and social environment. It's a great way to improve coordination, musicality, and cardiovascular health while having a fantastic time!
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a versatile and expressive dance style that blends elements of several dance genres, including modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical balletIt emphasizes fluidity, floor work, improvisation, and the use of gravity and momentum. Dancers often work with breath, weight, and organic movement rather than strict, codified technique.
Contemporary 1
Dancer may begin Contemporary class at age 7. Contemporary 1 is an introductory class designed for young dancers beginning their contemporary journey. In this class, students will: explore the foundational elements of contemporary dance, including floor work, contractions, and release. They will also build strength, flexibility, and musicality while learning basic contemporary combinations.
Contemporary 3/4
This class is designed for dancers with a strong technical foundation who are ready to push their boundaries — physically, emotionally, and creatively.
Dancers will explore a dynamic blend of contemporary technique, floor work, improvisation, and partnering, with an emphasis on musicality, texture, and storytelling through movement. Each session builds on modern and contemporary fundamentals, challenging students to move with intention, power, and vulnerability.
Acrobatics
Build strength, flexibility, and fearless confidence. These classes focus on developing acrobatic and tumbling skills that complement and enhance a dancer's overall performance. Dancers will work through a structured progression of acrobatic technique, starting with foundational strength and flexibility drills and advancing toward dynamic tumbling passes, balances, and contortion elements. Safety and proper technique are always the top priority, with skills introduced only when dancers are physically ready.
Acro 1
For ages 5 and up, start strong, build smart, and discover the joy of acrobatics! This introductory class is designed for dancers who are new to acro or building their foundational skills. The focus is on developing the strength, flexibility, and body awareness needed to safely progress into more advanced acrobatic work.
Acro 2/3
Level up your skills and start taking flight! This class is designed for dancers who have mastered the fundamentals of Acro 1 and are ready to build on their foundation with more dynamic and complex acrobatic movements. Dancers will continue developing strength, flexibility, and control while progressing into walkovers, pre-aerial work, and introductory handspring prep. The focus shifts from basics to fluidity — connecting skills into seamless sequences and integrating acro elements into dance movement.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop class is where movement meets self-expression! Designed for dancers who love high-energy, upbeat music and want to build confidence on and off the dance floor, this class covers the fundamentals of hip hop — from grooves and isolations to dynamic combinations and freestyle. These classes keeps things fun, fresh, and challenging. Students will develop coordination, musicality, and stage presence while learning choreography inspired by today's most popular styles.
Hip Hop 1
Designed for dancers ages 5 and up, Hip Hop 1 is the perfect starting point for kids who love music, love to move, and want to build confidence in a fun, high-energy environment.In this beginner-friendly class, young dancers will learn: basic hip hop grooves and body isolations, coordination and rhythm through age-appropriate choreography, and confidence-building freestyle and improvisation games.

ADC Company teams comprise our Competition Team program. This program is designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to take their skills to the next level through advanced training, challenging choreography, and exhilarating performance opportunities. Team members will develop exceptional technique, artistry, and stage presence while fostering teamwork, discipline, and commitment.
